Paco is Blooming Field Farm's first official cria and he has brought much laughter to our farm with his juvenile antics and PePe Le Pew like "pronking." Paco is a handsome, potential junior herdsire with silky white, lustrous fleece. He has nice coverage and amazing brightness to his fleece. As our fiber sorter stated..."Paco's a fleece machine!" He generated 5 pounds of blanket fiber in 2012 with a 4.5 inch staple length! He also has a sweet, gentle temperament making him very easy to handle. Paco's purchase price includes 60 days of free agisting.

Paco is a half Accoyo son of the full Peruvian blue ribbon champion Snowmass Snow Legend, who besides being one of the finest studs in the nation, had a cashmere-like fleece of 14.4 microns in 2004. Legend has exceptionally dense fleece and is sired by the great full Accoyo Snowmass Incaaccoyo Star, one of the treasured few sons of the one and only Peruvian Snowmaster. In 2004, Legend won 1st place for fleece in the AOBA Nationals and 2nd overall (Northwest Alpaca Showcase, halter, 2004) He also won 1st place (out of 11) at the Monterey Pronk in 2006.
